Vietnam’s PVComBank launches mobile banking services on AWS

The platform will reportedly benefit 1 million customers of PVComBank.

Vietnam Public Commercial Joint Stock Bank (PVComBank) has launched its mobile banking service PVConnect on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Powered by Temenos Digital, PVConnect offers electronic account opening in minutes using just their phone number and electronic ID. Customers can pay bills, transfer money with a QR feature or via phone number, and avail of other savings products.

The platform is expected to benefit the mobile banking experience of 1 million customers of PVComBank.

PVcomBank has been running on Temenos Core for retail and corporate banking for over a decade.
